FEE SCHEDULE

Fees for professional service are computed hourly, fixed or a percentage of construction cost depending of the desires of the client, and scope of work required. Consulting, programming, site analyzes, preliminary design, and smaller projects are normally completed at the following hourly rates.


Designer /Planner / Landscape Architects $110.00/HR.

Structural Engineer $140.00/HR.

CAD/Draftsperson $55.00/HR.

Architectural Assistants / Clerical $40.00/HR


NOTE: Fee may be adjusted at the beginning of each calendar year.


Fixed Fees are based on the specific requirements of each project.
Percentage fees vary between 6 to 15% of total project construction costs.
