PERSONAL BACKGROUND

Tom's professional experience spans over 51 years. He has studied and worked in California, Arizona, Texas, Washington and Idaho and in later years expanded his geographic and professional base with international projects in Italy, France and Singapore. Tom's experience spans both design and planning in housing, recreation, commercial, resort and urban design with early interest in art, sculpture and painting. Since moving to Sandpoint, Tom has continued to provide professional services, in planning, design, development and construction.

Experience includes: Park, Open Space, Recreational and Mixed Use Planning, Urban Design, Residential, Commercial, Renovations, Various Architectural Planning and Landscape Architectural projects, to include Construction Management.
